Chinese Beef Steak

Are you steak lover?.If you are,maybe you so familiar with European Steak.But how about Chinese Beef Steak?.Yeap,it's new creation of steak.Chinese Beef Steak have many different than ordinary steak.Interesting?Allright,lets talk about recipe.

  1.  200 g beef fillet or upper thighs back, cut the size of 2.5 cm
  2. A little baking soda
  3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce(liquid)
  4. 1 tsp sesame oil 
  5. 1 teaspoon Chinese wine, or 2 teaspoons dry sherry
  6. 2 tsp sugar
  7. 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper
  10. 2 tablespoons soy sauce(thick)
  11. 4 tablespoons water
  12. 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  13. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  14. 2 scallions, sliced diagonal size of 2.5 cm
  15. 1 / 2 teaspoon ginger, crushed
  16. 1 can of straw mushrooms, drained
  17. 1 can corn, drained
  18. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Cooking Directions:
  1. Place the meat in a bowl, sprinkle baking soda and stir well.
  2. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, half sugar, half the cornstarch, and spices. Pour over meat, let the spices infuse for at least one hour, turning the meat regularly.
  3. Meanwhile, make sauce by mixing 2 tbsp dark soya sauce, remaining sugar, and cornstarch and water. Mix until blended, set aside.
  4. Heat a frying pan, pour the peanut oil and when it becomes hot enough, fry the meat for 4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add garlic, scallions, ginger, mushrooms, baby corn, and finally enter the meat.
  6. Put oyster sauce and stir well. Add sauce mixture and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes while continuing to stir.
  7. Serve hot with rice with a garnish spring onion flowers.thick.
Its to easy,you just need 30-40 minutes to finish this.So,lets try.
