Oriental Baked Beef Ribs Recipe

Oriental Baked Beef Ribs Ingredients:

  1. 1000 gr beef ribs, cut into small
  2. 4 tablespoons margarine
  3. 1 pc onion, finely chopped
  4. 6 cloves garlic, crushed, chopped
  5. 1 knuckle of ginger, chopped puree
  6. 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed
  7. 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  8. 1 tsp sesame oil
  9. 1 tsp soy sauce
  10. 1 tsp soy sauce english
  11. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  12. 750 ml broth
Cooking Directions:
  1. Saute onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. Enter the ribs, stirring until the color changed
  2. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce english, pepper, and salt. Stirring constantly.
  3. Pour broth and cook until sauce thickens and meat is tender.
  4. Lift the ribs and bake in the oven or grilled on the coals until fragrant. Lift.
  5. Serve the grilled beef ribs with sauce splash.

Chinese Food Recipe:Chicken Dumpling

Chicken Dumpling Ingredients:
  1. 100 g tang mien flour (can be bought at Chinese food stores)
  2. 15 g cornstarch
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 150 ml boiling water
  5. 2.5 tablespoons cooking oil 
Filling:
  1. 250 g minced chicken meat
  2. 2 shallot, finely chopped
  3. 6 tablespoons cooking oil
  4. 3 pcs hioko mushrooms, finely chopped
  5. 3 pcs Water Chestnut, finely chopped
  6. 100 g carrots, grated
  7. 50 g peas
  8. 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
  9. 1 teaspoon salt
  10. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  11. 1 / 8 tsp ginger powder
  12. 1 teaspoon cornstarch, melted with a little water 
Cookong Directions:
  1. Make filling: Saute onion until fragrant. Add chicken, stir until it changes color. Add Water Chestnut, carrot, peas, and mushrooms. Once cooked, Thicken with cornstarch liquid. 
  2. Mke a skin: Mix flour tang mien, cornstarch, and salt. Brewed with boiling water and stir well. Knead, adding cooking oil until smooth. Allow the dough 15 minutes. Milled thin and round shape diameter 6 cm.

Cap Cay Recipe

Capcay Ingredients:
  1. 1 carrot, thinly sliced menyerong
  2. 15 sheets of pea
  3. 10 stems green beans, cut oblique
  4. 10 pieces of baby corn / utri
  5. 10 stalk caisim
  6. 100 grams cauliflower florets quotes
  7. 50 g ear mushrooms, soaked in hot water, drained
  8. 2 sticks of sausage, potong2
  9. 3 pieces of beef meatballs, sliced
  10. 3 pieces of fish balls, sliced
  11. 10 quail eggs, boiled, peeled
  12. stalks scallion, cut into 3 cm
  13. tsp pepper powder
  14. 2 cm ginger, crushed
  15. 50 ml water
  16. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  17. 1 tsp sugar
  18. Salt to taste
  19. 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
  20. 1 ripe red tomato, potong2
  21. 4 cloves garlic
  22. 4 spring onions
  23. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for sauteing 
Cooking Directions:
  1. Separate easily wilted vegetables with hard wilt

Chicken Tofu Crimble Ingredients:
  1. 300 g out of silk, puree
  2. 200 g chicken meat without fat, puree

  5. 100 ml beef broth
Sauce:
  1. 1 onion, finely chopped
  2. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  4. 600 ml low-fat milk
  5. 100 g low-fat feta cheese
  6. 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
  7. 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
Topping:
  1. 50 g low-fat butter
  2. 100 g flour
  3. 50 g oatmeal

 Cooking Directions:
  1. Mix the tofu, chicken, salt, pepper, and broth, boil until cooked.
  2. Make sauce: Saute onion until wilted. Enter the flour, stirring until thick. Pour milk, stir until bubbling. Add the cheese, pepper, and salt, mix well then pour into the dish. Sprinkle shredded chicken.
