Warm Recipes To Reduce Symptoms Cough Colds: Oriental Chicken Porridge Recipe

Oriental Chicken Porridge Ingredients:
  1. 250 gr rice, washed
  2. 1000 ml water
  3. 750 gr chicken
  4. 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  5. 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  6. 1 segment finger ginger, crushed
  7. 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  8.  5 chicken eggs
  9. 2 tablespoons cooking oil 
  1. 5 cakwe, ready-made, finely sliced
  2. 2 tablespoons sliced scallions
  3. 1 tbsp fried onions
  4. 2 tablespoons soy sauce (to taste) 
Coking Directions:
  1. Boil chicken with 1 liter of water and a little salt.After cooked, remove and drain. Remove chicken meat from bones, cut into dice-shaped or shredded, set aside. 
  2. Saute garlic and ginger in hot oil until fragrant, put the rice, pepper, stir for 3 minutes, remove from fire. 
  3. Enter stir rice into boiling water remaining chicken (broth), cook until done. 
  4. Insert pieces of boiled chicken meat, pepper, and salt. 
  5. Prepare a bowl, break eggs and place in bowl. Pour the hot porridge over telur.Taburi cakwe slices, green onion / tongcay, fried onions and soy sauce if not salty. 
  6. Serve while hot.
