- 1000 gr beef ribs, cut into small
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1 pc onion, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed, chopped
- 1 knuckle of ginger, chopped puree
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce english
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 750 ml broth
