Japhanese Cuisine:Ramen Recipe

Ramen Ingredients:
  1. 200 gr ramen,brewed
  2. 2 liters of water
  3. 1 kg of beef leg bones
  4. 150 gr tetelan,chopped
  5. 125 gr beef sukiyaki
  6. 5 red onions
  7. 2 cm ginger
  8. 1 pc deaf
  9. ½ cm Cinnamon
  10. 1 tablespoon salt
  11. 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  12. ¼ tsp pepper
  13. 1 stalk coriander leaves,finely sliced
  14. ¼ tsp coriander root,chopped
  15. 1 stalk spring onion,thinly sliced
  16. ½ tsp lemon juice
  17. 1 red chilli,chopped
  18. hot pepper sauce to taste

Cooking Directions:
  1. Wash the bones and tetelan to clean,dry cloth.Fuel ginger and onion until wilted,add the deaf,cinnamon and enter into a clean cloth.Tie with string.
  2. Boil water,insert the bone,tetelan,and mixture of cinnamon,reduce heat.Discard the fat and cook for 1 hour.
  3. Add fish sauce,salt and beef sukiyaki,boiled until cooked,lift,strain.Discard bones, spices in a cloth and tetelannya. Enter the pepper powder, coriander leaves and roots of coriander, simmer until fragrant.
  4. Arrange ramen in a bowl,sprinkle green onions,beef sukiyaki,flush with hot broth. Add a little lime juice,chili sauce and chili slices
