- 200 gr ramen,brewed
- 2 liters of water
- 1 kg of beef leg bones
- 150 gr tetelan,chopped
- 125 gr beef sukiyaki
- 5 red onions
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 pc deaf
- ½ cm Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 stalk coriander leaves,finely sliced
- ¼ tsp coriander root,chopped
- 1 stalk spring onion,thinly sliced
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 red chilli,chopped
- hot pepper sauce to taste
Cooking Directions:
- Wash the bones and tetelan to clean,dry cloth.Fuel ginger and onion until wilted,add the deaf,cinnamon and enter into a clean cloth.Tie with string.
- Boil water,insert the bone,tetelan,and mixture of cinnamon,reduce heat.Discard the fat and cook for 1 hour.
- Add fish sauce,salt and beef sukiyaki,boiled until cooked,lift,strain.Discard bones, spices in a cloth and tetelannya. Enter the pepper powder, coriander leaves and roots of coriander, simmer until fragrant.
- Arrange ramen in a bowl,sprinkle green onions,beef sukiyaki,flush with hot broth. Add a little lime juice,chili sauce and chili slices
