Chicken Katsu Recipe

Chicken Katsu Ingredients:
  1. 1 piece of chicken breast, discarding the bones,flat it
  2. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  3. 1 / 2 teaspoon ground pepper
  4. 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 / 2 cm ginger, grated
  6. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  7. 1 egg,shake
  8. 100 grams of bread flour
Cabbage Salad:
  1. 150 grams of cabbage, thinly sliced
  2. 2 tablespoons thousand island
Radish Pickles:
  1. 100 grams of radish, crushed coarse
  2. 100 grams of carrots, crushed coarse
  3. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon vinegar

Cooking Directions:
  1. Chicken Katsu: coat chicken with soy sauce, pepper powder, salt, ginger, and garlic, then let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Drain the chicken, then dip in beaten eggs, coat with flour parnir until blended, repeat once more.
  3. Fry chicken in oil until cooked and a lot of brown, remove and drain.
  4. Cabbage salad: place the sliced cabbage in a dish, then pour over it with thousand island.
  5. Pickled radish: Mix all ingredients and stir until blended.
  6. Usually chicken Katsu presented together with cabbage salad and pickled radish.
servings: 2 people.
