Chicken Katsu Ingredients:
- 1 piece of chicken breast, discarding the bones,flat it
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 / 2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 / 2 cm ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 egg,shake
- 100 grams of bread flour
- 150 grams of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons thousand island
- 100 grams of radish, crushed coarse
- 100 grams of carrots, crushed coarse
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar

- Chicken Katsu: coat chicken with soy sauce, pepper powder, salt, ginger, and garlic, then let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Drain the chicken, then dip in beaten eggs, coat with flour parnir until blended, repeat once more.
- Fry chicken in oil until cooked and a lot of brown, remove and drain.
- Cabbage salad: place the sliced cabbage in a dish, then pour over it with thousand island.
- Pickled radish: Mix all ingredients and stir until blended.
- Usually chicken Katsu presented together with cabbage salad and pickled radish.
