Chicken Tofu Crimble Recipe

Chicken Tofu Crimble Ingredients:
  1. 300 g out of silk, puree
  2. 200 g chicken meat without fat, puree
  3. 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
  5. 100 ml beef broth
Sauce:
  1. 1 onion, finely chopped
  2. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  3. 75 g plain flour
  4. 600 ml low-fat milk
  5. 100 g low-fat feta cheese
  6. 1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
  7. 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
Topping:
  1. 50 g low-fat butter
  2. 100 g flour
  3. 50 g oatmeal

 Cooking Directions:
  1. Mix the tofu, chicken, salt, pepper, and broth, boil until cooked.
  2. Make sauce: Saute onion until wilted. Enter the flour, stirring until thick. Pour milk, stir until bubbling. Add the cheese, pepper, and salt, mix well then pour into the dish. Sprinkle shredded chicken.
  3. Stir the topping ingredients, sprinkle over,and then oven until cooked.
