Chinese Food Recipe:Chicken Dumpling

Chicken Dumpling Ingredients:
  1. 100 g tang mien flour (can be bought at Chinese food stores)
  2. 15 g cornstarch
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 150 ml boiling water
  5. 2.5 tablespoons cooking oil 
Filling:
  1. 250 g minced chicken meat
  2. 2 shallot, finely chopped
  3. 6 tablespoons cooking oil
  4. 3 pcs hioko mushrooms, finely chopped
  5. 3 pcs Water Chestnut, finely chopped
  6. 100 g carrots, grated
  7. 50 g peas
  8. 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
  9. 1 teaspoon salt
  10. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  11. 1 / 8 tsp ginger powder
  12. 1 teaspoon cornstarch, melted with a little water 
Cookong Directions:
  1. Make filling: Saute onion until fragrant. Add chicken, stir until it changes color. Add Water Chestnut, carrot, peas, and mushrooms. Once cooked, Thicken with cornstarch liquid. 
  2. Mke a skin: Mix flour tang mien, cornstarch, and salt. Brewed with boiling water and stir well. Knead, adding cooking oil until smooth. Allow the dough 15 minutes. Milled thin and round shape diameter 6 cm.  
  3. Take a piece of dough, put the contents and forms, such as dumplings. 
  4. Steam until cooked. Lift. Serve while warm.
